Most Lagos deliveries are picked up within 30–60 minutes of booking. Same-day and errand runs typically complete in 45 minutes to 2 hours, while Express deliveries are prioritised and usually arrive within 30 minutes to 1 hour depending on distance and traffic.

Every booking gets a tracking code. Enter it on the Track page, or open the tracking link we send you — it shows the live status of your delivery from order received, to rider assigned, picked up, in transit and delivered.

All riders are ID-verified and trained on safe handling, and every order is tracked end to end. Standard deliveries include basic cover for loss or damage caused by us; for high-value items, tell our team at booking so we can arrange declared-value cover before pickup.

Approved riders receive a bike and earn daily from deliveries while paying a fixed weekly amount toward ownership. After completing the agreed payment period — typically 12 months of consistent weekly payments — the bike becomes fully theirs. Apply on the Riders page and our team will review your application.
